Friday Night Out - Pucketts
This is a table at Puckett's Grocery downtown. The original Puckett's is in Leiper's Fork. It is a small grocery store and a great place to eat out. They have live music performers some nights.

One Lane Tunnel
This is the one lane tunnel on Wilson Pike. Drivers have to pull forward, honk the horn, and then turn into the tunnel. It gets a lot of traffic, but there are few accidents because people from both sides have to slow down and turn to enter.

Chick-Fil-YEAH
A new Chick-Fil-A just opened yesterday on Columbia Avenue. It is really nice and the indoor playground is great. They said about 150 people camped out for two nights in the rain, so that they could get free sandwiches for a year.

Snacks for boys
At the Predators game Saturday night, there was a Dad with three boys in front of us. They each had their own cotton candy. Then they had their own drink and hot dog. That Dad must have spent a fortune on snacks for those boys. But it kept them happy. And sometimes that's what it's all about.

Snow
We got our snow days. Yesterday and today school is closed because of the snow and freezing on the roads. You guys that are in the snowy areas of the Earth probably laugh at us when school is closed for one inch of snow. But you have never seen the southern drivers that can not drive in the snow but attempt to get out anyway. It takes forever to get anywhere and there are lots of accidents.

Please, Snow Day
We are hoping to wake up with this outside our windows tomorrow. The forecast is snow of about 1-2 inches. After being in school for three days we deserve a day off, right?
