Stone Bungalow
This is another home on the Historic Franklin tour located on Third Avenue. As the story goes, the father gave his daughter the house only after she divorced her husband. When her father died two years later, she remarried her exhusband. The original home on this property was owned by the man who shot Abraham Lincoln during a brawl in 1813. When Abrahan Lincoln became president he had the bullet removed and gave it to the gunman who had become a member of Congress.
