This Episcopalian church is in downtown Franklin and was built in 1831. During the Civil War the church was used as a barracks and hospital and had to be remodeled after the war. It is the oldest Episcopal church west of the Appalachians. The original stained glass windows are made by Tiffany. There are at least 8 or more.

Very historic church! Our St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Selma, which had to be rebuilt after the Civil War Battle of Selma, also has Tiffany stained-glass windows. In fact, one of its the church members was an artist for Tiffany in New York.
