Memorial Day on the Beach

When a 3 day weekend during the spring and summer hits, people leave town. People from Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana head to the gulf coast. This picture was just taken this afternoon and most people have had to leave and a short rain shower was approaching. My family is among the lucky ones - we have had a condo on the beach for over 20 years. This is my favorite place to be.
